FAQ - Delivery and Shipping


Deliveries are currently primarily handled by DHL. All shipments sent from www.mojo-uniques.com are insured against theft and accidental damage.

This insurance cover expires upon receipt of the shipment.

In the case of partial deliveries, shipping costs are only charged once.

We process and ship orders during our business hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET (excluding German public holidays). Goods that are in stock are ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of payment.

Please note that all deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties and/or taxes. The maximum limit for duty-free shipments is set by the customs authorities in each country. You can find more information on the website of your responsible customs authority. Please note that Mojo-Uniques is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties or delivery fees incurred on international or domestic shipments.
